Job Summary:**
The Farm Administrator for Tegal Datar CPD (Commercial Poultry Division) will be responsible for the efficient administrative and operational support of the poultry farm, ensuring smooth daily functions and accurate record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate daily records for poultry production, including feed consumption, egg collection, mortality rates, and health data.
- Oversee inventory management of feed, medication, and other farm supplies, including ordering, receiving, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and schedule farm activities, including feeding, cleaning, vaccination, and other routine procedures.
- Prepare and process various administrative documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, and payroll data for farm staff.
- Assist in monitoring farm budgets and expenses, identifying potential areas for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, company policies, and biosecurity protocols.
- Communicate effectively with farm management, staff, and external vendors.
- Support human resources functions for farm staff, including attendance tracking and basic administrative support.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair scheduling of farm equipment and facilities.
Job Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within an agricultural or livestock setting.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of poultry farming practices and biosecurity measures is a significant advantage.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
- Willingness to reside or work in the Tegal Datar area.
