Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience at our health and wellness resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the resort and amenities.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain front desk operations by managing phone systems and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing guest records.
Uphold resort policies and procedures while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential.
Familiarity with Google Suite products is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Shift currently: 6am-2pm Monday and Tuesday and 2pm-10pm Saturday. Subject to change.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
