Job Description
● Process end-to-end payrolls, including preparation, calculation, and statutory contributions with high accuracy and tight deadline management
● Ensure integrity & accuracy in performing admin duties, including data entry, documentation, tracking, and verification
● Maintain up-to-date records in the proper filing system
● Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding
● Active in bridging employee relations and inquiries
● Proactive Team Player, providing general support and assisting in other ad-hoc duties assigned
● Time Management Pro by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
● Keep private information confidential
You will be perfect for this role if you are:
● Experienced: Minimum 2.5 years of solid HR working experience with hands-on payroll processing (preferably in the F&B industry)
● Knowledgeable: Well-versed in SG HR legislations, labor laws, and practices
● Communicative: Excellent English Language proficiency in all 4 skills; Preferable if can Chinese as well
● Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common workspace tools and experienced with HR/payroll software
● Committed: Confident to commit to a long-term position, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Available: Ready to start immediately or on short notice
Work Time (MMT)
● 7:30am-4:30pm including 1h break in between, 5-day work week
● Off on Singapore Public Holidays
Salary
● Around 1,000,000 MMK (Based on background expereinces & skills)
