Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Operations Specialist role based in Tangerang. This role will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, employee administration, HR documentation, and employee relations activities. The position will support HR processes including employee data management, BPJS and insurance administration, Industrial Relations (IR) matters, and HR compliance to ensure smooth and effective HR operations in alignment with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily HR operations, including employee administration, HR documentation, and employee data management.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
  3. Handle employee administration related to BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and company insurance programs.
  4. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
  5. Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including employee relations, labor compliance, disciplinary processes, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  6. Ensure company practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain proper documentation for IR-related matters.
  7. Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and management updates.
  8. Coordinate employee requests and provide HR operational support to employees and departments.
  9. Support employee engagement activities and HR improvement initiatives.

General Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles.
  3. Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, and HR administration processes.
  4. Experience in Industrial Relations (IR), including employee relations, labor compliance, and disciplinary processes.
  5. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational company environments is preferred.
  6. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
  7. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for HR reporting and data management.
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  10. Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
