Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Hsinchu City. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing phone communications, providing clerical support, organizing and maintaining files, and other general office responsibilities. This role will also involve assisting executives with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Executive Administrative Assistance
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
