We are seeking 1-2 dedicated, results-driven, experienced Nursing Home Administrators to take full ownership of census development and oversee the daily operations of our facilities in East Texas (Paradigm at The Pines and/or Paradigm at Kountze). The ideal candidates is someone who can act like the CEO of their own facility, driving growth through high-level conversations with hospital executives, physicians, and referral partners. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of census strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, senior care, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care while maintaining their rights and dignity. This role requires effective management skills, as well as the ability to supervise staff and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Nursing Home Administrator will play a crucial role in fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Duties
Supervise the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees to maintain a high standard of care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident rights and enhance quality of life.
Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial stability while providing necessary resources for resident care.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive services, including memory care programs.
Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and improve service delivery.
Ensure that all staff members are trained in best practices for senior care and understand their roles in supporting residents with developmental disabilities.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within senior care, group home, or home care settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of resident rights and regulations governing nursing homes.
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a healthcare setting.
Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
Compassionate approach to caregiving, with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
