Office Coordinator – Contract (4 – 6 weeks)
High-end commercial construction company is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of office administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment to help things run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, professional, and be comfortable with diversity in their day. Pay up to $28 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office and common areas, including kitchens and restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply levels
- Manage inventory and restocking of office supplies
- Coordinate facility services and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping)
- Support office operations, including mail handling, storage management, and bank deposits
- Assist with scheduling, events, and internal meetings
- Provide administrative and receptionist support as needed
- Respond to general staff and management requests
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office administrative support role
- Basic to intermediate MS Office Word, Outlook
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
