Office Coordinator – Contract (4 – 6 weeks)

High-end commercial construction company is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of office administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment to help things run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, professional, and be comfortable with diversity in their day. Pay up to $28 an hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office and common areas, including kitchens and restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply levels
  • Manage inventory and restocking of office supplies
  • Coordinate facility services and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping)
  • Support office operations, including mail handling, storage management, and bank deposits
  • Assist with scheduling, events, and internal meetings
  • Provide administrative and receptionist support as needed
  • Respond to general staff and management requests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an office administrative support role
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office Word, Outlook
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent Communication Skills
