What will your typical day look like?

The Operations Administrator will provide general administrative support to the firm with a focus on the maintenance of the Firm’s properties and facilities. The incumbent will also work closely with the local Talent team, embedding Deloitte’s global and regional operational and administrative related practices and procedures to maintain the professional and quality standard requirements aligned with internal and external policy and protocols.
You Are Someone With
- High school diploma/certificate
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing commercial and residential properties and related general office administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of facility and property management, and awareness of relevant policies or laws.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills including both technical and business writing, report preparation, and documentation.
- Effective project planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to collaborate with others, multitask, prioritize own tasks considering priorities and established timelines and work on own initiative to review, analyze and resolve straightforward issues.
- Commitment to professional customer service and seeing tasks through to completion in a timely and effective manner within an environment of pressing deadlines.
- Competent in common office software such as MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and comfortable learning new technology tools.
- Provide ad hoc support across various Talent-related tasks as needed.
