Job Responsibilities:

Sort and verify mail

Open and log postal mail

Update Advo system accordingly

Tend to all interoffice incoming mail

Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies

Other duties as assigned

Must be dependable with an exceptional attendance record

Excellent attention to detail

Great interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Education / Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Data Entry skills and experience

Previous administrative experience

Must be able to lift 30 or more pounds

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Experience with Advologix or other CRM is a plus
