Healing Pathways is an outpatient mental health group practice seeking a part time office assistant, 15-20 hours weekly. We are looking for hardworking, detail oriented and kind individuals for this position. Experience in mental health settings, general mental health knowledge and sensitivity is preferable. Experience in Mental Health billing would be excellent.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, emails and inquiries
Scheduling clients
Checking new clients insurance benefits
Client account management
Office tasks
Healing Pathways is a trauma informed practice that is passionate about helping individuals, couples and families heal. Our therapists typically use modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, DBT, Nuerofeedback and Ketamine assisted therapy.
