Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Job Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with HR and Finance teams and handling payroll related reporting and employee queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle EPF, ETF, APIT, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records
- Prepare payroll reports and salary summaries
- Coordinate with HR & Finance teams regarding payroll matters
- Handle payroll-related employee inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of overall Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory payments
- Experience with payroll systems / HRIS
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Professional communication skills
