SCOPE
- Understand jobseeker and employer pain points, then turn them into practical product improvements.
- Use AI tools, design tools, and IDE/prototyping tools to create quick MVP flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases for Engineering.
- Work closely with Engineering to clarify scope, feasibility, timeline, trade-offs, and release readiness.
- Prioritise features based on user value, business impact, and technical effort.
- Support testing, UAT, bug clarification, launch preparation, and post-launch review.
- Track whether shipped features improve key metrics such as activation, conversion, engagement, retention, drop-off, or feature adoption.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to make sure product decisions solve real business and user problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer someone from UI/UX background who want to transition into Product Management role.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital products, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, startups, or technology companies.
- Strong thinking with good business sense.
- Able to understand user problems before jumping into solutions.
- Good understanding of software development and how to work with Engineering teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up product research, prototyping, requirement writing, and product analysis.
- Able to create practical MVPs without compromising UI/UX flow.
- Able to write requirements clearly enough for Engineering to build with minimal confusion.
- Comfortable using data, user feedback, and product metrics to make product decisions.
- Able to manage stakeholders, priorities, and trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
