Job Summary

Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and answer and direct phone calls

Create purchase order requests

Maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically

Data entry

Clean and stock lobby, breakroom, and conference room

Route all invoices from document imaging

Send new uniform requests to vendor

Maintain driver, truck, and equipment lists

MVD plates & registration

Maintain office supplies

Support coworkers with various office duties

Receive and sign for packages

Review timesheets for drivers & mechanics verify no time is missing

Prepare fuel cards for pick up

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year receptionist experience

Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bilingual English and Spanish
