- Welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, Screen and forward incoming phones calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule meetings
- Assist with office tasks
- Prepare reports
