As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Coordinator who will become the operational heartbeat of our recruitment process- someone who thrives on organisation, loves bringing order to complexity, and ensures nothing ever falls through the cracks.
The Role
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping people organised, projects moving, and everyone accountable.
You'll work closely with our founder, recruiters, clients and candidates, making sure every interview is scheduled, every follow-up happens on time, every system is up to date, and every hiring process keeps moving forward.
This isn't an administrative role where you'll simply wait for instructions. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, spots what's missing before anyone else does, and proactively keeps the entire recruitment process running smoothly.
If you're the kind of person who loves checklists, calendars, colour-coded spreadsheets and crossing things off before anyone asks- you'll probably love this role.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate, client and internal interview scheduling.
- Follow up proactively with candidates, hiring managers and clients across email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Keep our CRM and ATS clean, organised and up to date.
- Track every open search and ensure each process keeps moving forward.
- Follow up internally with recruiters to gather interview feedback and updates.
- Ensure hiring managers receive timely communication and next steps.
- Keep candidates informed throughout their recruitment journey.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they become issues.
- Support the team with recruitment operations and process improvements.
- Help create a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Recruitment experience is helpful but not essential. If you have exceptional organisational skills and the right attitude, we'll happily teach you the recruitment side of the role.
